Our history

Agro Karma, a company with a 100% Mexican human and financial capital, where every day we work to maintain product quality and to ensure that we provide a healthy and nutritious product for our customers, by monitoring the product from planting, harvesting, cutting, packaging, and marketing of Habanero Chile, for both domestic or export markets.

The project was born in the metropolitan area of Guadalajara in 2015, with 55,000 square meters exclusively for this company and the advice of those who consider the best agronomists in Mexico for growing Habanero Chile.

Our mission is to provide a high quality product taking care of our production standards, always with the aim of meeting the nutritional needs, health and welfare of our clients and therefore achieve social and economic stability of our employees and partners.

Definitions

Habanero: Capsicum chinense, it is one of the five species of chile with more pungency of the world. Pungency: or itching, is the sharp, burning sensation produced by the present capsaicin in hot peppers. The itching is measured by the Scoville scale. Capsaicin: is a chemical compound, oleoresin, active component of chili peppers, consumption irritates and produces a strong burning sensation. Scoville scale: the Scoville scale is a measure of hotness or pungency in chili peppers. These fruits of plants of the genus Capsicum contain capsaicin, chemical that stimulates the thermal receiver in the skin, especially the mucous membranes. The number of Scoville units (SHU, Scoville Heat Units English) indicates the amount of capsaicin present. Many hot sauces use the Scoville scale to advertise in stores.

Agro Karma owns the required facilities to pack the product according to the needs of each client. It may be in box or burlap and segregated based on sizes and qualities as required.
